We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product. There are no shipping charges, no couriers, no tracking numbers, and no delivery addresses to provide.

Access is delivered electronically through your account on this website. Sign in with your email address and the service is immediately available in your browser.

Free trial: access begins immediately when you create your account and lasts 7 days.

Paid subscription: access is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed, which is normally within seconds. Payment confirmation occasionally takes a few minutes if your bank is slow to respond.

If you have paid and your subscription has not activated within 30 minutes, email support@dsamotivator.com with the email address on your account. We will either activate it manually or refund you in full — see our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

The service is available worldwide wherever you have an internet connection. It is a web application and requires a modern browser; there is nothing to install.
